Seeking mental health care can be a significant and positively life altering decision one can make in one’s life. For this reason I am glad you’re here and taking a step in this direction. Each person’s journey in life is unique and has its own challenges but I believe these struggles can serve as opportunities for personal growth and positive change.

 

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the State of Indiana. I earned a double Master’s Degree in Psychology and began working as a Clinician in 2010. I primarily serve the adult population and enjoy working with varied diagnoses and clients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds, cultures, religion, and socioeconomic status. Interventions are tailored to what best suits the client’s concerns.

 

Elements of faith are integrated into practice to serve those who particularly desire a deeper understanding of self in relation to God. To cater to my Catholic clients I incorporate a spiritual framework that is rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church. In my experience, this approach has paved the way for meaningful work, support and healing.
