Are you or a loved one challenged by anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues?  Are you missing a sense of peace, joy, or fulfillment in your life?  And do you want counseling rooted in a Catholic understanding of the human person?  I am here to help you.

I am passionate about accompanying those who struggle to see their unique worth and value.  I see each of my clients as a beloved child of God, created in His image and likeness.  I like to help clients work to understand and resolve the deeper roots of their symptoms.  I believe each person has the capacity to grow towards true freedom, peace, and joy.   I want to help them flourish in all aspects of their lives.  I believe that God can use suffering to bring about an even greater healing.

I graduated with my Master of Science in Counseling from Divine Mercy University.  I have experience counseling various individuals, including those who struggle with low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, OCD/perfectionism, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, and complex trauma.  I also have worked with Catholic campus missionaries and survivors of domestic violence.  I specialize in working with wives who are facing the impact of suddenly finding out about their husbands’ sexual addiction or use of pornography.  Additionally, I help couples who desire deeper communication and intimacy with one another.   I mostly work with adult individuals and couples, but I also work with adolescents.  In sessions, we can work on various things, such as recognizing the truth of your identity, understanding why you do certain behaviors and learning healthier ones, and healing the broken images of God you see in your life.  I see myself as an instrument that God can use to help you remove barriers and receive His love.  I am excited to help you on your healing journey.
